Account Deletion Policy – CAMS (KokandSU Students)

This page applies to the CAMS mobile application published by Kokand State University.

Users can access this account deletion information via the CAMS mobile application settings.

CAMS (KokandSU Students) mobile application accounts are created and managed by Kokand State University and are linked to the university’s official academic database.

Users can initiate account deletion directly within the CAMS mobile application or by contacting the university administration.

All deletion requests are subject to university verification to ensure academic records are preserved where required.

How to Request Account Deletion

If a student wishes to request account deletion, they must contact the university administration through one of the following methods:

Via Mobile App: Open the CAMS application, navigate to Settings, and tap the Delete Account option (indicated with red text).
Contact the Dean’s Office (Dekanat), or
Contact the University IT Department, or
Send an email to: support@kokandsu.uz
Subject line: Account Deletion Request

The request will be reviewed within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon approval:

App access credentials will be deactivated
Personal profile access within the mobile application will be removed

What Data May Be Retained

Certain academic records (such as grades, transcripts, and official academic history) may be retained in accordance with university regulations and applicable laws.

Data Retention Period

Approved deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some academic records may be retained for legally required retention periods.
